OUR PRODUCT SAFETY POLICY

We undertake to follow modern technological developments in the plastic sheet production sector in which we operate, to prioritize communication and training in order to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, to meet the needs and expectations of our customers by providing hygienic conditions at every stage of production, to communicate and/or request information regarding food safety to the public, consumers and suppliers, to offer quality and hygienic products; to comply with legal regulations, the requirements of ISO 22000 and BRC Packaging standards in this direction, to continuously improve their effectiveness and to ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.
HYGIENE POLICY
To determine and control physical, chemical and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND ACCESSORY POLICY
Entering the production areas without work clothes or protective clothing, without a bonnet is not allowed. Protective clothing is worn in production areas and areas that are likely to pose a risk. No jewelry is worn while working in production areas.
Work clothes must be clean and bonnets must be used to completely cover the ears and hair. The cleanliness of work clothes is monitored by the practices implemented by our company.
SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY
Smoking and eating and drinking are prohibited in our production and storage areas and dressing rooms.
Warning signs are hung in visible places. Visitors and subcontractors are ensured to comply with this rule.
PRODUCTION AREAS ENTRY POLICY
Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas wearing special aprons, bonnets and being subject to a visitor control checklist.
FOREIGN SUBSTANCE AND CUTTERS POLICY
In order to prevent foreign substances that may cause physical contamination in our production areas, glass cups, unnecessary wood and wire materials have been removed from use. Existing glass and breakable plastic materials, metal equipment are protected. In cases where their use is mandatory, special cutter knives are used and regularly checked.
PERSONNEL HEALTH CHECKS POLICY
Periodic health checks are performed on the personnel. In cases of infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing and sneezing, they are removed from the production area by the Factory Manager and sent for health checks.
