PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Mono-PVC folios are fully rigid. In the manufacturing of our products, 100% original raw materials and highest quality additives are used. They are appropriate for printing or lamination. They can be used in manufacturing of smart cards and game cards like security cards, credit cards, telephone cards, loyalty program cards. For each of these different purposes of use, a different special formula is used. Our products are being used in game cards, ID cards, telephone cards and bankcards.
They are perfectly compatible with UV based inks and PVC based inks that contain solvent.
Moreover, in the products where ink and size pick-up is very important, a special surface treatment, corona can be done.

SIZES
Our Mono PVC folio products which are produced specially for box production can be produced as coil or as plate according to the sizes required by the client in suitable recites specially for card production.
